What We Build
Apps, Websites and Portals for Hospitals
Three builds, one standard: designed around how patients book, and engineered for health data.

| Booking systems & patient portals | Appointment and booking systems, patient portals and operational dashboards, with role-based access, audit logs, and consent and deletion flows built in. | Web Apps & Portals |

How We Build for Hospitals
Website first, app second
Patients find a hospital on the web: nobody installs an app for a hospital they have never visited. An app earns its place when there is repeat usage to serve, such as follow-up appointments, lab reports and prescriptions, or chronic-care reminders. If your patient volume does not justify an app yet, we will tell you in discovery.
Patient data as architecture
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act makes consent, purpose limitation and security explicit, and health data warrants the strictest treatment. We design for it at the schema level: role-based access, audit logs, encryption in transit and at rest, hosting in Indian cloud regions, and consent and deletion flows built in.
Store approval, planned from sprint one
Health apps carry extra App Store and Play Store requirements: data-safety and health declarations, a published privacy policy, justified sensitive permissions and in-app account deletion. We build them in from the first sprint and manage both store accounts and every submission.
Marketing for hospitals, too
Digital Architect also runs marketing for hospitals and clinics: local SEO and Google Business Profile, SEO, Google and Meta ads built inside healthcare advertising policy through performance marketing, social media, and reputation management. See how we market hospitals.

Questions hospitals ask us
Do you build apps for hospitals and clinics?
Yes. We build patient apps for iOS and Android from one React Native codebase, covering appointment booking, doctor discovery and patient engagement, and we manage App Store and Play Store submission. The Bharosa Hospitals app is one of our builds.
Does our hospital need an app, or is a website enough?
For discovery, a fast mobile website wins, because nobody installs an app for a hospital they have never visited. An app earns its place when there is repeat usage to serve: follow-up appointments, lab reports and prescriptions, or chronic-care reminders. For most hospitals we recommend website first, app second, and we will say so in discovery rather than sell you an app you do not need yet.
What do you build differently for a hospital website?
The structure follows how patients decide. Every speciality and treatment gets its own page, doctor profiles carry credentials and a direct booking path, and appointment and click-to-call actions stay in reach on mobile. Content stays educational and credential-led, within Indian medical advertising norms.
How do you handle patient data and privacy?
As an architecture requirement. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act makes consent, purpose limitation and security explicit, and health data warrants the strictest treatment: role-based access, audit logs, encryption in transit and at rest, hosting in Indian cloud regions, and consent and deletion flows built into the product.
How long does a hospital app take to build?
It depends on scope. The Bharosa Hospitals patient app, for iOS and Android from one codebase, took 10 weeks. The larger Bharosa platform, with a patient app, a doctor app and a care portal, is planned at 20 weeks to public launch.
How much does a hospital app or website cost?
Websites start from ₹30,000, web applications such as booking systems and patient portals from ₹60,000–₹80,000, and mobile apps from ₹1,50,000. The final price depends on scope and integrations, and we fix it before work starts.
Do you also handle hospital marketing?
Yes. Digital Architect also runs marketing for hospitals and clinics: local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation, SEO, Google and Meta ads built inside healthcare advertising policy, social media, and reputation management.
