Sheet 03 · Rules

Compliance

Built inside the rules

Healthcare marketing has more rules than any other sector. We work inside them from day one. Read our guide to the rules.

  1. 01

    Ads that pass review

Google and Meta restrict health advertising: no before-and-after imagery, no guaranteed outcomes, limits on personalised health targeting. Claims, creatives, targeting and landing pages are reviewed before launch.

  2. 02

    Content within the code

Indian medical advertising norms restrict testimonials and superlative claims like 'best' or 'guaranteed cure'. Content stays educational and credential-led, and your doctors approve it.

  3. 03

    Real reviews only

We never buy or write reviews. We build a system that asks every patient at the right moment, through front-desk QR codes and WhatsApp follow-ups.

  4. 04

    Patient privacy first

Public replies never confirm that someone was a patient, and enquiry forms collect only what the front desk needs.

Questions hospitals ask us

Can you run Google Ads for hospitals without policy problems?

Yes. Google and Meta both restrict health advertising: no before-and-after imagery, no guaranteed outcomes, limits on personalised health targeting and category-level restrictions on certain treatments, and India adds the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act. We structure campaigns, claims and landing pages inside those rules from day one.

Can doctors post content without breaking advertising ethics?

Yes. The compliant format is education-led: the doctor explains conditions, procedures and decisions patients search for, with no outcome guarantees, no claims of superiority and no identifiable patient material without documented consent.

We run a hospital with several branches. How is that handled?

Each branch gets its own Google Business Profile, location page, citation set and review stream, managed under one location group so ownership and reporting stay central. Senior doctors get practitioner profiles too, because patients search for doctors by name and specialty.

How do you reply to patient reviews without breaching confidentiality?

With a protocol. Replies never confirm that the reviewer was a patient and never mention diagnoses, treatments, dates or any clinical detail, even when the reviewer did. They acknowledge the feedback and move specifics to a private channel with a named contact.

Do you buy or write reviews?

Never. Purchased or fabricated reviews break Google and Practo policy and can get a profile suspended, erasing its genuine history. We build a system that asks every patient for a review at the moment of highest satisfaction instead.

How much should a hospital spend on Google Ads?

For a single-location clinic or hospital in Hyderabad, search campaigns typically start around ₹30,000–₹50,000 a month in media spend, separate from our management fee. Competitive specialties such as IVF, dental implants and cosmetic procedures need more. Management is priced to scope after a free call.
