We do both. For redesigns, we conduct a comprehensive migration audit that maps every indexed URL, preserves SEO equity, and implements 301 redirects before cutover — critical for hospitals and local businesses whose existing rankings drive real enquiry volume. The migration is engineered so rankings are protected through the transition, and the new infrastructure — faster, schema-complete, properly structured — is inherently better positioned to rank than what it replaces. We monitor Search Console through the transition and resolve any indexing issues as part of the launch scope.
Software is never done, and we structure for that. Ongoing development retainers start at ₹10,000 per month and include feature development, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and infrastructure management. The pattern that works: launch a core system covering the highest-impact workflow, run it for two to three months, then expand based on what real usage data shows your team actually needs — which is reliably different from what anyone predicted in the first requirements meeting.
